REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

For quotation requests, please make sure to provide us with the following information:

1. PICTURE of the design to be embroidered. (.jpg or .png is fine)

2. SIZE of the embroidery. (please indicate in INCHES or CM)

3. Quantity to be done. 

4. Indicate if the order is for PATCHES or DIRECT TO GARMENT embroidery. 

For direct to garment jobs, it would also be helpful if you can send us a layout or visual guide showing the location of the embroideries, especially if there are multiple designs per garment.
