Q: How much?
A:  Our prices  will depend on the design, size of embroidery, and quantity. Please send us these details  so we can provide a  quotation. Or, use our RFQ form for better handling.

Q: Do you issue OR or Invoice?
A: Yes we do. We are DTI, BIR and LGU Registered.

Q: Are VAT or Non-VAT?
A: We are NON-VAT .

Q: Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes we can, but it may cost a bit more. Program labor charge alone for orders below 50pcs is usually at 800php.

Q: How many is your minimum order?
A: An initial order of 50pcs per design is required to waive the program labor charge. But, if you pay for the program labor, you can order any quantity.

Q: What is the program fee or program labor charge?
A: We use digital machines that need a program in order to run. These programs usually take quite some time and effort to finish and they also require a degree of expertise and experience in order to get just the right settings for your needs. Therefore, if the order is below minimum, we would need to cover the costs involved in making that program.

Q: I already have a program from another supplier. Can you use it? and how much?
A: Yes we can use programs from other sources as long as they are in .DST format. Cost will depend on the number of stitches indicated in the program. However, we cannot edit programs from other sources, so we cannot fix any problems that might occur. We also can't adjust it so suit the capabilities and limitations of our machines.

Q: How long will it take you to finish my project?
A: It depends on the complexity of the design, quantity of the order, unwieldiness of the item, the shop's workload at the time and other factors that might affect a certain project's production time. We would usually need AT LEAST 2 to 3 days to finish just the program.

Q: Do you have caps/shirts/jackets/towels etc.?
A: Technically we are an embroidery service only company, but we do have suppliers for polo shirts, t-shirts, hotel linens and baseball caps ONLY. We offer acquisition services for such in the form of package embroidery deals usually at a MOQ of 50pcs. We do not offer acquisitions for other types of garments since we don't have affiliated suppliers for those.

Q: Can you do pickup and delivery?
A: Yes we can, for bulk and high value orders. For near enough clients, regardless of quantity or value, I sometimes include free pickup and delivery as a form of goodwill.
